"Arrived at hotel 1am after a 10 hour flight for a 14 layover. Pre-warned hotel at the time of booking nearly two months in advance of ETA. Check-in was a slow process. Told incorrectly we booked a smoking room. That the hotel was full. I found that hard to believe given the price for the hotel, the season and how busy the hotel felt in the morning etc. Ultimately we just wanted a room asap and appeared the whole process was being dragged out. Was given a smoking connecting room. Not the end of the world especially given the time of arrival. I am not really one to complain, had it not just a been a layover for a few hours sleep and pool use before heading back to the airport I would have been fuming. The room was bit of a state for this level of hotel. The duvet/bedding was a bit damp. I am assuming from humidity/no air con on? Dirty mirrors, marks, scuffs, broken sink faucet/tap and tiles behind the bath were broken. The pool itself was lovely and one of the reasons why we picked as well as proximity to the airport. Overall though you can see the property grounds needs a lot of work. I googled to see when it was last renovated and apparently it was 2023. Surprised. How can you not have the railing to the prime cabana in working order?"

"We really love Hilton Hotels, my ist Hotel Hilton was Clark Pampanga and i specifically chose Hilton here in Abu dhabi because i really had a great experience with Hilton chain of hotels. I had a wonderful experience at Hilton! From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and well taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the amenities made it easy to simply slow down and enjoy the day plus cleanliness is a topnotched. What I appreciated most was the overall service and attention to detail. The staff were warm, accommodating, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Kudos to Abass of reception for being so accomodating during all my inquiries and the Graphos Team esp Fe, Caress , Hermie, Idan and the others. I had also a chance to use the Spa for durinf my last day Sept 15 around 10pm and all the frontliners duty are very accomodating and really oriented me well esp the filipina girl i forgot her name.She’s really nice. And of course, the housekeeping she’s really nice maintaining my room and very polite. Sometimes the best part of a trip is having a beautiful place where you can just relax, enjoy the facilities, have a nice dinner, and make the most of the moment—and Hilton gave us exactly that. Definitely a memorable stay, and I would be happy to come back . Congratulations Team Hilton…. I love Hiltom"
