"Our Hotel room was bit small but was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options and location was great. Very safe walkable area and close to lots of tourist attractions. Great little deli right across street was a bonus for quick bite to eat after long day touring . Underground parking was a nice bonus as well. Would def stay again if back to San Francisco "

"The room was always clean and the staff was always ready to help. This place is definitely a kid friendly place with all the activities to do with a separate kid zone and s’mores. "

"I like the location but the rooms need updating for sure. Customer service was ok. My favorite part was the bar tender in the restaurant, his name is Louis. He was awesome and anything I needed he helped out. He was super sweet and made each night I had dinner super enjoyable. "
