"I had an amazing stay and very relaxing by the water very very breezy environment by the lake."

"The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, and felt off from the very beginning. Online the place looked very promising and though the lobby looked out dated I had held out hopes for the rest of the amenities. Getting in the elevator you are immediately greeted with the smell of marijuana and once you're dropped off on your floor you're met with hallway bathrooms, beat up walls and doors, and once again the incredibly overpowering smell of smoke. In our room the bathroom counters had not been cleaned, there were dirty towels on our floors and spots on our blankets. Confident that there was no way our sheets could be clean or that i could continue to stay for the night i attempted to call down to the front desk to see what could be done only to find out that the phone actually had no cords at all. They were able to refund me for the two other nights i was not going to stay but would not compensate for the night i checked in for, though I was in the building less than 20 minutes. "

"The property is in need of serious renovation and updates. I was disappointed that there were not more amenities. The staff was somewhat responsive but it took a little longer than expected to resolve a few issues. It’s a good location so I hope it will be upgraded. "

"I really enjoyed my stay on the boat. Quiet, serene with ducks, geese and other birds to listen to. Finding it was easy as the host had very specific directions and descriptions. I liked being able to use the dock showers as boat shower are always too small. There's even a sitting area above with various gardens to relax at. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Hard to believe it took me decades to find this spot! Area felt safe. Great view. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Easy access to waterfront trail."
