Could be better if they changed the towels as it said in their own policy every 3rd day they only cleaned the room but the old towels I had never got changed even once the hotel was great and everything else it could get a 5star but … towels never changed once I didn’t have time to even ask for new towel due I was always busy. The staff is great and in the booking it I bought (town view the only view I had was a wall in front of me and another hotel in front of me and that isn’t even a view to the town more likely a black wall and another hotel view sight, and the water never got refilled bottle every cleaning time. Only bed sheets got changed and pillow nothing else

Reception team were fabulous!

This was my first visit to Cooks Club. The reception team were amazing from the start, and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble! They resolved a tiny hiccup effortlessly. The room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. I always slept very well. Lots of soft pillows and a nice sized balcony. I had absolutely everything I needed.

BOHEME BEACH SIDE OF COOKS CLUB

After a stay elsewhere I decided to come back to Cooks Club. This time I had a beautiful room sea side with an ocean view to the side of my balcony in the "Boheme" side. A different experience from my first stay, and also very lovely. It's a little Gem of a place, tastefully decorated and right on the beach with access to the main Cooks Club delightful pool and beach areas too. It was so nice to have this extended option. I was told the secret to getting the "Boheme" side, was to pay a little bit more and chose "ocean or sea view" to be nearer the sea. Classed as a return guest, I can see why so many guests return over and over, as it gets better with even more options to discover

I’ve stayed 6 nights and not even once my room was cleaned up even though the reception confirmed they clean the rooms daily.. A very nosy place with karaoke under the windows and a very loud poor quality music making my ears bleed. Impossible to sleep at night. Will not recommend this place for people who are seeking a relaxed atmosphere. Their spa has a very good massage and manual therapy offer though. For a place that positions itself as a relax and a well being refuge there is a terrible gap between this concept and reality.

Best location on the beach, nice sized rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Some music in the evening so better for you who stay up or like to enjoy the partying.

Hi all Be aware the website states all inclusive but it’s not. So we asked how much and the guy said $390 euros for dinner and lunch for two nights rip off . Apparently free parking onsite BUT you need to find free street parking yourself. Very hard to find reception and if you look like a local they have no time for you Thanks but never again

The cooks club, is actually not really what it promises in the pictures and the advertisements. The only thing which is really excellent, is the staff. They really try their best to offer the guest the best time possible. For all the rest, cooks club alanya, is like trying to make a cheap beach club more fancy and everyone is trying to sell you additional stuff, you don‘t need. After arrival I got my first hotel room in the main building. A so called „suite“, with windows and a balcony towards a super loud airconditioning propeller and a super loud party street, with the worst music imaginable. The „suite“ was super dark and the tiles in the bathroom were painted over in black. (Just as Ou can read it in so many reviews…) So, the so called „suite“ is a dark 2 room area, with no real daylight. When I opened the drawers of the cubboard, there was underwear from previous female guests in it. What a nice surprise! Also my promised beach towel was missing. After a sleepless und really unhappy first night I checked with the reception, if I could change the room. Luckily, for an upgrade fee, I was able to change to another building, to a room with seaview. Finally daylight, a nice view and a friendly bright room. Worst part about this hotel and therefore not worth the money: It is LOUD all the time, everywhere. I had a cockroach in my room, and I saw some of them in the hallway! Every mirror is dirty. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

In der Beschreibung des Hotels wurde leider nicht erwähnt, dass sich das gebuchte Hotelzimmer auf der anderen Straßenseite des Hotels befindet. Das war für uns sehr enttäuschend und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir haben daher direkt bei den Mitarbeitern nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt. Leider wurde uns kein alternatives Zimmer angeboten. Zusätzlich haben wir die Anfrage über WhatsApp gestellt, da dieser Service vom Hotel beworben wird. Obwohl unsere Nachricht gelesen wurde, haben wir darauf keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Bei einem All-inclusive-Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hatten wir insgesamt eine deutlich höhere Erwartung. Auch die Essens- und Getränkezeiten fanden wir nicht zufriedenstellend. Für uns bedeutet All-inclusive, dass man innerhalb eines gewissen Rahmens jederzeit die Möglichkeit haben sollte, etwas zu essen oder zu trinken, ohne sich stark nach festen Hotelzeiten richten zu müssen. Insgesamt hatten wir uns von dem Hotel deutlich mehr versprochen und waren von unserem Aufenthalt leider enttäuscht.

Alles war super und vor allem das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Besonders hilfsbereit fanden wir Hatice, die uns alle Möglichkeiten nahebringte die wir nutzen konnten wie bspw. Ein Lunchpaket bei der Abreise. Von den Kellnern waren alle auch sehr freundlich und unterhaltsam! Hier ein Danke an Hızır, Uğur, Gökhan und Oğuzhan! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu çok iyi, kendine ait plajı olması çok avantajlı. Akşam canlı müzikler harikaydı. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Oda içerisindeki mobilyalar biraz eskiydi ve oda içi ikram, havlu sayısı vb konular biraz zayıftı.
