Villa Atlantis - Beautiful Sea Views

Summary:

Villa Atlantis is a modern Mediterranean-style comfortable villa located on the second road of San Jaime with incredible views of Son Bou Beach. The outside spaces are one of this lovely villa’s principal attractions. The enormous covered terrace, with sofa area and built-in barbecue, will make summer nights even more special. The swimming pool is set on a lower terrace, with comfortable sunbeds and parasols.



The Space:

Villa Atlantis has two floors. On the ground floor level there are five spacious double bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms and another two with single beds and a shared bathroom. One bedroom has a double shower and three of the rooms have direct access to the pool area.



On the first floor is the large common space with a fully equipped island kitchen with fantastic views of the sea. The living-dining room is complete with a large wooden table and has access to the spectacular terrace with fantastics views.



Please note, there is a Tourist Tax Payment of 2.2EUR per person per night payable during check in. We will provide you details of our office before arrival.



Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £500.



Cots and highchairs are available for a small supplement.
