Welcome to Pocono's premier family destination. Designed by parents & built for multiple families, this kid friendly home is the perfect blend of luxury & convenience. Our home boasts the ideal balance of adult & kid amenities. Whether it's s'mores by the fire, a dip in the hot tub, or a morning in our barrel sauna, there is no shortage of activities for adults. Meanwhile, the kids can safely enjoy our game room, Nintendo Switch, Infinity Table, playground & Toy Story Themed room! Book Now!

THE AMENITIES at WHISPERING PINE:
🏞PUBLIC LAKE ACCESS is available at Sand Spring Lake, which is part of Hickory Run State Park
🏊Pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day)
1. Blackstone Griddle - Ideal for family breakfast, smash burgers and much more
2. Standard Propane BBQ Grill
3. Popcorn Machine for winding down with the kids after a long day of fun
4. Our game room includes the following: Shuffleboard, Foosball, Arcade (NFL Blitz), Life Size Connect four, Life Size Tic-Tac-Toe
5. Indoor Bar with mini fridge and sink, ideal for adult gatherings.
6. Infinity Table - download any game you can think of here. There are free options and games available for purchase.
7. Nintendo Switch - We provide you with Mario Kart and NBA 2K. Feel free to bring your own games as well.
8. Hot Tub - Adjust to your own temperature preference but please cover it and set it to 100 degrees when finished
9. Barrel Sauna - Not suitable for children under 14, but what an amazing experience. Enjoy the scenic view and relaxing experience.
10. Fire Pit - Fire wood supplied
11. Play ground - ideal to keep the children having fun and occupied while you get to do adult things!

The loft is located on the top floor and contains our NINTENDO SWITCH and INFINITY TABLE (if you don't know what it is, look it up....it's amazing)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the owners Closet on the first floor and the locked cabinets below the sink in the basement bar.
Other things to note
- An additional rental agreement is required to be signed by a homeowner and guest once booking is complete.
-We have ring cameras video recording 24/7 in both the front and rear of the home.
-Only starter amounts of amenities are provided. Such amenities include starter amounts of paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, body soap, lotion, shampoo and laundry pods. Please prepare accordingly.
-For cleanliness purposes, there will be helpful information in our digital guidebook to assist you in having the best experience possible in our barrel sauna. We ask that you follow protocol for our sauna and hot tub in an effort to maximize the experience for everyone!
-Our community pool is open seasonally and is managed by our HOA, not us as homeowners. Additional information will be provided to you during the appropriate times of year, should your stay occur during the months of May - September.
