Villa Las Flores is a magnificent two-storey house with five bedrooms, located in the tranquil Vale da Azinheira urbanisation, on Caminho dos Olhos d'Água. With a private heated pool, enchanting garden, and spacious outdoor areas, it is the ideal refuge for relaxing holidays.



On the ground floor, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the exterior, facilitating outdoor meals. The living room is cosy, with TV and spacious areas to relax, while the dining room offers an elegant environment for family meals. This floor also features a master suite with a private bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a bathtub.



On the first floor, a spacious hall includes an individual sofa (convertible into two divans). There is a double bedroom with a private terrace, a shared bathroom, and an additional suite with a private bathroom.



The exterior impresses with a private pool, outdoor dining area, and barbecue. The fenced garden ensures privacy, and private parking adds convenience.



Equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washing machine, the house accommodates up to 10 guests, with the possibility of 4 more. Ideal for families and friends, it is the perfect location for unforgettable holidays in the Algarve.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests

From the 11th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
