Villa Laura is an elegant and modern property with a private swimming pool heatable (additional cost), ideal for a relaxing family holiday just minutes from Albufeira Marina.



The spacious and bright living and dining room offers direct access to the outdoor area, creating the perfect setting for socialising. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a double, and a private bathroom.



On the first floor, the villa features a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as two bedrooms with single beds that can be joined to form doubles. This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors.



The lower level includes a games room with a pool table and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub and a convenient laundry room.



The kitchen is modern, functional and fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals with ease and comfort.



Outside, the barbecue and dining area by the pool invite guests to enjoy relaxed meals in a peaceful and private setting.



Located just a few steps from Albufeira Marina and a short drive from Peneco and São Rafael beaches, this villa offers the perfect balance between rest and entertainment, with bars, restaurants and shops nearby.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
