BEDROOMS:

The villa has three well-decorated bedrooms. The master suite includes a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom.

The second bedroom has two single beds and the third is equipped with a bunk bed. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor.



ROOM:

The living room is spacious and harmoniously integrates with the dining area, opening onto a cosy terrace with views of the garden and swimming pool. Ideal for moments of relaxation or family meals. The room also offers a work area equipped with a desk.



KITCHEN:

Modern and fully equipped, the kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a variety of small appliances, including coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle — all thought out for your comfort.



EXTERNAL AREA:

The exterior of the house is a true invitation to leisure. A well-maintained garden, outdoor furniture, barbecue and a spacious terrace provide the ideal space for outdoor meals. The private swimming pool, enclosed to ensure more safety and privacy, is perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. The property also allows parking for up to two vehicles inside.

Note: Our property requires a deposit of €500. Close to the check-in date, a request is sent to block the deposit on the credit card.



According to the municipal regulation, each guest shall pay a tourist tax of two euros between 01 April and 31 October and will be charged up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights for all guests aged 13 years or older. The tourist tax amount is not included in the reservation value.
