Villa 'V3 Falésia C' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

V3 Falésia C welcomes you to Albufeira with a 150 m² villa for up to 6 guests. You’ll find 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, including 1 suite: two with double beds and one with 2 single beds. There are 3 bathrooms (2 with bathtubs and 1 guest WC). The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the pool. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, video on demand, and a washing machine. Families with children can use the shared playground, high chair, and crib, available for an extra fee.



Outside, relax on the private covered terrace, open terrace, and 2 private balconies. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals. The shared garden and outdoor shower add comfort. The shared outdoor pool is in a quiet complex of 4 villas, mostly used by just 2.



Parking is on the street in front of the complex. Pets, parties, and events are not allowed. Maximum capacity must not be exceeded, including children and adults. Beach towels are available for an extra fee. Please respect quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am. At checkout, the villa must be left tidy, with no trash, dirty dishes, or damage; otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.



Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. The hosts live on site but not in the reserved villa. Check-in is in person; you’ll be contacted 1–2 days before arrival to arrange a time. Airport transfer and babysitting are available. Supermarket, cafés, restaurants, ATM, and shops are just a short walk away. The property is near the beach, 7 km from Albufeira center, 10 km from Aquashow, and 7 km from Vilamoura.
