Golf Getaway

It was located in a very accessible area, very quiet neighborhood. Very nice home, very clean as well! Host was very easy to communicate to and always got back to me when I messaged him. Clean and comfortable

Nice big table, needed a few more chairs for visiting family. Comfortable beds. Jake is very quick to respond, though we still had a misunderstanding on dates which cost me over $500, but could have been worse. Wish I didn’t get so many JUNK emails from VRBO, meaning I missed an important one from him! Gorgeous hot tub and great directions for use of the home!

Clean house, Great location

We loved the location of the house as it’s close to a lot of stores/restaurants and a very short trek to I-25. Jake, the host, was fantastic with communication. We did experience a few ants in the kitchen around the window and he offered to send an exterminator right away. Besides my husband and me, we had seven college guys with us who were there just part of the time as they also went backpacking/camping. I would say the house is a little small for when all nine of us were there as there is no where to hang out except for the living room. Also, the dining room table has changed from the picture/description and it seats only six. The decor is dated but the house was clean and well-maintained and the rental cost reasonable.

A good stay

The neighborhood is very nice. Trash pick up is early Tuesday morning, which did not wake us. The home is well located for services. We did have some problem with ants in the upstairs bathroom, but did not connect with the manager to get that fixed. The most troublesome part of this house was not having a garage door opener. I’m sure a previous renter walked off with it and the management has decided not to replace it. I would prefer to be charged for walking off with the garage door opener and getting it replaced. It was lovely when we arrived because the hot tub had just been filled with clean water. We had clean water for our stay, but did have difficulty getting the hot tub to maintain 104°. After an hour of soaking, the temperature was down to 99° even without running the Jets. Overall, a nice stay. The management was very responsive to our needs.

Spring Break 2025
