The apartment is extremely well furnished, bright and presents generous areas throughout. The large balcony on the top floor is excellent for entertaining and enjoying the sunshine. The other patio of the property can be accessed from the lounge and kitchen and has direct access to the pool.

The lounge is airy and comfortably equipped with pleasant seating, cable TV, free Wi-Fi and DVD player with a large variety of DVDs to watch.

There are 2 bedrooms, one has a super king-sized bed and the other has twin beds. Bothe benefit from access to a balcony with amazing sea views. There is a double sofa-bed in the lounge, which allows the property to accommodate up to 6 guests in all comfort.

There is a full bathroom with bath and shower over and a WC room.

On arrival, the property managers will provide bracelets for access to the pool.

The property benefits of a garage with a private space for your car. Please note that the space is tight and larger cars may be hard to fit in. There is free parking space outside the complex as an alternative.

Please know that there are some steps surrounding the complex and inside the apartment as it is a duplex, so this apartment is not ideal for people with serious mobility problems.

Occasionally, festivals take place in São Martinho, and due to the central location of this apartment, the noise can be disruptive for guests seeking a quiet stay. The primary events that may cause disturbance are the New Year celebrations and the Festas de Santo António, which typically occur over 10 days in early to mid-June. If you are sensitive to loud music playing late into the night, please check the festival dates before making a reservation.
