This semi-detached house is located in a popular resort, but still a bit out of the way in a residential area. You live close to restaurants, cafes, hotels and shopping. The beach and many activity possibilities are also only about 400 m away and within walking distance. In the small garden, the skin-friendly saltwater pool and barbecue offer you a cozy place to spend time together and relax after a sunny day at the beach. On the other side of the house you have another covered terrace with views of the Tramuntana mountains. Ideal location for the annual Iron Man Marathon, already a world famous sporting event in Mallorca. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit.

Tolles Haus, tolle Umgebung, toller Urlaub

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Genau wie beschrieben. Es war alles da was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt waren die verschimmelten Klimageräte, die hin und wieder mal gereinigt werden sollten. Ansonsten war alles stimmig, Raumaufteilung war super und auch der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Centralt i Port Alcudia

Enkelt att hyra, bra hus och läge. Välutrustat i kök, dock hade vi problem med diskmaskinen, som de inte lyckades laga, reparatör var där, men det funkade ändå inte. Husvärden var lätt att komma i kontakt med.
