This beautiful, well maintained holiday home with sea views, is located in the north of Majorca, in rural surroundings, halfway between the cities of Pollenca and Alcudia.
The marvelous view goes over fields and meadows up to the big bay of Pollenca and the imposing peninsula Cap Formentor, as well as the Tramuntana mountains.

Finca Aubello was built at ground level and is decorated in a rural style.
Four bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes and air conditioning share three comfortable bathrooms, one of which has only access through the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities: gas stove, electric. Oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and a small dining table.
The bright living-dining room has a cozy sitting area with flat screen, DVD player and a large dining table. The windows and a glass door lead to a large covered terrace, from where guests can enjoy the view.
Another covered terrace is located in front of the house, equipped with table and benches and a ping-pong table.
Right next door is the outside kitchen with running water and brick barbecue.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a dense lawn and z. T. of a short-cut hedge that offers windbreak. There are plenty of sunbeds and a small table with chairs that can be positioned anywhere. A stone staircase leads outside the house on a roof terrace, from here the panorama is even more impressive.

The stylish town of Pollenca has much to offer, including typical outdoor cafes and restaurants, art and crafts galleries, small boutiques, antique shops.
On the main square with the church there is a market every Sunday with fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as local specialties.
A short distance behind the church leads long stone staircase to the Calvary, at the top you can visit a small hermitage and enjoy the magnificent view. On the outskirts there is a golf course

The town of Alcudia has a medieval town center with an ancient wall ring and two large city gates. Numerous small streets invite to stroll and there are secluded cafes and restaurants with terraces, as well as boutiques and galleries.
Outside the city ring, there is a remarkable excavation site from the time of the Roman colonization of Mallorca and a museum.
