With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning and designer furniture, Villa Guillona is the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca.The villa is distributed over 2 floors, recently renovated to the highest standards with the aim of providing a superior holiday experience for our guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. There is also a double room and a room with 2 single beds, both sharing a family bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor, where a corridor leads to a double room with an en-suite bathroom (whirlpool bath) and a room with two single beds and a family bathroom with a shower. On the top floor, there is an attractive covered terrace with sofas and a ping-pong table, offering clear views of the Mallorcan countryside.Beautiful gardens surround this traditional stone villa, complemented by a beautiful fountain. A perfect combination for a relaxing walk through the gardens. The large private pool measures 8 x 4 m (depth ranges from 0.8 to 2 m) and access is via the Roman staircase. Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for guests.Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AMThe tourist tax is included in the price.Welcome to Villa Guillona, your luxury oasis in Mallorca!Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
