"Our room was lovely and clean and the staff were fantastic. We did have a noise complaint when we arrived around 11pm, as our daughter was rolling around in the footstools after very long flights and travel from NZ. The staff member who came to give the complaint was fairly rude and did not accept any explanation. When I tried to explain they didn't listen, insulted me and left. Every other experience was really great. The hotel was under renovation at the time and so we couldn't see outside but this was explained well in advance. We couldn't use some of the facilities but they provided a very convenient alternative. We had a lovely stay in a king suite. It was a great size, especially with a 4yo"
