"This has been on my bucket list for some time. We had a wounderful 2 night stay and everything was perfect. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, larger than alot of hotel rooms. You lay in bed at night and could imagine your travelling on a train. The meal was excellent, Beef Wellington to die for, so good and wonderful surroundings in a 1906 Pullman car exquisitely restored. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. Alot of history tied up in this place."

"We enjoyed a 2 night stay in one of the newly refurbished bedrooms (Room 5). The room was furnished to a high standard with a modern bathroom and excellent walk-in shower. The staff were uniformly friendly and efficient with a good selection of beers and spirits at the bar. We ate dinner one night and the food was well cooked and of a very good quality. "Nice room excellent breakfast. Requested bath but only had shower. Was rather cold and ni instructions in the room for heating, but overall lovely venue nice grounds and I would go again "

"The room was spotless and the beds very comfortable. The shower was great too. The only thing that let it down was a crack in the sink. All the staff were very friendly and curteous. Breakfast was lush vely and there was a great choice, it just could have been warmer. It didn't spoil our enjoyment of it though. We used the pool which was great. It was like getting into a warm bath. Over we thoroughly enjoyed our night there and would definitely stay again."
