"the room was clean and quiet. the design of the room was attractive. the room was less expensive than some other options in the area and because of that i didn’t expect much so it’s ok that there was no fridge, no body lotion, no coffee machine or electric kettle. it was all very minimal. i think all rooms are on the ground floor which some women traveling alone may not be comfortable with. the location is ok if you just want to spend a night before a flight. it wouldn’t be a good option to visit amsterdam. the shuttle needs improvement. it serves all three ibis hotels in this area and it was packed. very packed. very uncomfortable and a bit stressful with luggage and warnings about theft. it runs every 40 minutes. i think given the large number of people wanting to use the shuttle it should run more often at least every 30 minutes which would reduce the number of passengers per shuttle ride. i don’t think i would use this hotel again because of the shuttle issue."
