We had an issue checking in - something about technical issues with Expedia reservation. But after we contacted Expedia the problem was resolved right away! The Quality Inn is basic but everthing was clean and the staff was very helpful and the PRICE was right!

Unfortunately I booked while on the road and did not see the property ahead of arrival and made the mistake of a non refundable too. I booked it because of the ‘kitchenette’ and need to freeze cold packs for travel. Instead it turned out to be a dirty sink, unclean microwave and small frig. The room in general was poor for cleanliness it had pet hair & stains on chairs/sofa so they we’re unusable. Staff was pleasant.

Was but disappointed that pool was not working, but I can't blame the staff, it happens. Best thing about our stay was the very friendly woman that checked us in. She was very welcoming and polite.

Comfortable stay

Room was clean and comfortable. But everything was a little dated. Over all a nice stay for a good price. No pool available at the time of our stay, but didn’t have a lot of time for that anyway.

The hotel itself has a strange odor and our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We let the front desk know as we didn't want to get charged for smoking in our room . There is not a pool available. The website says there is a pool and there is a picture but the pool is closed. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable

The room was spacious and clean. We personally didn't like the vinyl plank floors. The bathroom was quite small and didn't have enough towels or towel bars/hooks. We could find no information about the time frame for breakfast, when we went to the breakfast area at 9:00 there were no eggs or sausages. We were told they couldn't provide any because breakfast ended at 9:00. Also, the coffee was like water and we couldn't get the juice dispenser to work.

The inn is showing it's age and I'm not sure from where they got those sheets. But for a one-night stay can't beat the price. And that's all we wanted. Still the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy.

The one gal was really nice, but pool is down for the winter but wouldn’t know it until you get there. The breakfast was awful. Cereal was stale. Eggs were cold. Sausage was look warm. And that was about the extent of the breakfast

Upon arriving, we waited about 30 minutes for an employee to come to the front desk for check in. A better system is needed when an employee needs to step away. There are parts that are being nicely updated (like the flooring in the rooms), but there are other areas that are either very rundown, not renovated well, or just dirty.

Poor communication between Hotels.com and Quality Inn. Reception told me I booked 2 queen beds while my itinerary clearly said accessible king. She was able to give me room I was asking for but the mattress still sucked. Breakfast was better than expected. Eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal...

Property is in need of repairs. Window Screen laying on yard out front, smoking allowed right by entrance, move it out to grass area in parking lot, pool tables chair rusty and broken, vent in pool area damaged, hot tub jets not working and water was not even warm, 2 towels in rm where 4 could sleep, bedding dated. Breakfast was good. Late night staff at front was very nice, however staff when we checked in was short and made us assume hottub worked.

The desk lady was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the facility needs a lot of work. The bed skirts were dirty and the bathroom needed repairs. We had to be moved rooms because the toilet was plugged upon checking in. When they were plunging it overflowed. This facility needs work! I would not stay here again and even woke up early to get out of there.

The property is dated and quite dirty. Breakfast looked like something only hung-over college kids would enjoy. I was honestly afraid to eat there because of the dirty-looking kitchen and dining room. I had a two-night reservation but checked out after only one. I felt like my skin was crawling. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly.

Our experience at the Quality was certainly not terrible. The staff checking us in was friendly. She did let us know about some quirks that the room had, namely you had to leave the light switch on for the TV to work. Which didnt matter because when we turned the TV on there were no channels to watch anyway. When we walked in there was a large sign on the door that stated the pool was closed. Which was unfortunate. We had a nine year old with us who had been looking forward to swimming. No mention on the actual Quality Inn/Choice Hotels website that it was not currently available. The room was tidy. But the hotel in general was just showing signs of wear and maybe a little lack of TLC.

While check in was easy, the price per night did not match up to the cleanliness of the hotel. There were flies in our room, there was no shower curtain so we basically took showers and the floor got soaking wet and the people both above us and to the side of us were very noisy.
