The room had no natural light window ( which was NOT indicated as a possibility o. the website description) and over the week I was there, and repeated requests, the staff made no effort to move me to a new room. The room I was in was very shabby— leatherette chairs peeling and broken, lights/plugs not consistently working. The location is wonderful— just what I needed for this work trip— but it was like living in a run down cave for a week. "
