The Apartment Alghero Blu, located in a small building close to the centre of Alghero, facing the sea, is situated on the first floor and has an internal living area of 110 m² with a large furnished veranda overlooking the sea.

The flat is located near the centre of Alghero near the Lungomare Valencia, close to the centre, with access to the beach (on a cliff) below the house. The Calabona beach is about 10 minutes' walk from the house.
Close to the flat there is a bathing establishment (Il Riservato), with sunbeds and deckchairs, open from morning until late at night, so you can enjoy the sea, aperitifs and nightlife, all right next door.

Its main advantage is that it is close to the centre of Alghero, so you do not need a car to go out at night. The flat is located in an elegant and well-serviced area, with various activities in the immediate vicinity that can be enjoyed without a car.

The house consists of two large bedrooms and a large living room, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), a kitchen tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for cooking, a large living room with sea view and a large terrace overlooking the gulf where you can eat and have breakfast with family or friends, admiring the summer sunsets.
