The Ruby flat is located in the historical centre of Alghero, a stone's throw from the sea, from the Ramparts and from the Capo Caccia scenery.

Very characteristic, it is composed of an open space with a living room with a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining area and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, iron and ironing board, fridge, freezer, bathroom with shower and toilet, double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, ceiling fan.

RUBY, between old town and sea, local crafts, restaurants, cafes, retains the charm of the old days thanks to a non-invasive restructuring that has left intact the original architectural styles, such as stone. Strolling through the streets of the historic centre among the arches, towers and squares is a beautiful experience, with the Caribbean beaches and sea, such as Bombarde and Lazzaretto, as a backdrop.

The flat is located on the first floor, so it is easy to reach, in an old 2-storey building and in a very quiet street, just a step away from the sea, from the bastions' promenade, and from the Sulis square, which makes it unique! Especially if you are sporty and love jogging! And because the square is on the border between the old and new town, where you will find free parking, supermarket, pharmacy, and all amenities!

The white sandy beach is a 15 minute walk away!

Reserved beach bar is a lovely flat rocky cove 3 minutes walk from the flat, with a small bathing establishment.

The historic centre is restricted to traffic, to preserve its beauty, but getting to the flat is very easy from Piazza Sulis, less than a minute's walk! In addition, at certain times of the day, it is allowed to arrive with the car in front of the flat for loading and unloading, which is an added value of the flat, not easy to find in the historic centre!

Note the presence of the bus stop, for connections to 'Alghero Airport, beaches and nearby villages, and the port from which to leave for excursions to the island of Asinara or the Caves of Neptune, a few steps from home!
