Great stay at BYPILLOW, the hotel is modern and clean. You are out of town enough to not have noise disturbance but close enough to walk all sights.

We have had a great stay at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful reception desk, well equipped room with a nice and big balcony with a great city view. Delicious breakfast. Lockers available free of charge. It is a modern, clean, airy place. Great value for the price paid.

Es war alles gut bis auf wenig Toilettenpapier und kaffeesahne war nur 2 da dabei waren 4 sticks kaffee da. Toller Service sauber super nette Mitarbeiter. Lag leider 2 km vom strand entfernt und city alicante. Wenn man auto hat muss man Parkplatz mieten ansonsten ist es sehr schwer Parkplatz zu finden. Kaffee war lecker 😋

Staff super amable y profesional, las habitaciones renovadas y con todo lo necesario. El hotel está situado en una buena zona (cerca de la estación de trenes y parada del tram Lucero). 2 razones por la cual no dejo el max de lqs estrellas: paredes super finas (se escucha bastante los ruidos del pasillo y otros cuartos) y tener que pagar un deposito de 50€ durante el check in (no estaba especificado en el momento de la reserva). En general muy buen hotel para pasar unas noches en Alicante.

It was so nice to walk into the quiet and unfussy space of the hotel. Staff members were all very friendly, everything was immaculately clean. The only let down was the 'pool' which is a paddling pool not a swimming pool!

Virkelig et hotell som leverer over forventningene👏👏 Veldig rent, nydelige farger og design, gode senger, ac og puter👏 Lite basseng med noen få solsenger på en liten koselig takterrasse med sol og litt vind!! Sentralt beliggende i veldig rolig område kun en liten rusletur fra sentrum☀️☀️ Eneste minus var at vannet i bassenget burde renses og rengjøres litt oftere☀️☀️

la habitacion es pequeña pero comoda tiene lo necesario para pasar unos dias agradable, me gusto que abajo tiene una cafeteria, esta a 8min de la estacion de tram de lucero y 10min de la terminal de alicante. repetiria definitivamente.
