The Space:
Spacious and luxurious apartment nestled in the heart of Alkmaar, accommodating up to 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen features a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, pots, pans, dishes, fridge/freezer, towels, tea towels, and a dishwasher. The bathroom boasts a convenient walk-in shower. Enjoy the generous living room, offering serene views of a charming street in Alkmaar, with a sofa bed suitable for 2 guests. Retreat to the separate bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed. Bed linens, bath towels, and a kitchen package are provided for your convenience. Accessible via stairs, the apartment is located on the first floor, with the entrance accessible only through a narrow alleyway.

Additionally, the apartment boasts a private roof terrace with stunning views of the city!

Getting Around:
You can conveniently park your car right in front of the door between 7 and 11 am. Please note that the center becomes car-free after this time. For secure and affordable parking, the Till parking lot is recommended, costing only €4 per day.

The train station is just a 12-minute walk away. Beaches are easily accessible by both bicycle and car.
You can easily travel to Amsterdam by train within just 30 minutes.

So whether you're craving a day by the sea or an adventure in the bustling city, both are within easy reach from your doorstep.

Other Things to Note:
Access to the apartment is solely through a narrow alleyway. Situated on the first floor, the apartment is accessible via stairs. Please note we have a security camera for your safety in the common hall, near the stairs following the entrance of the building.

عناصر نالت الإعجاب: النظافة

Mitten in Alkmaar

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit besonderem Charme durch die Dachterrasse. Alles da, was es braucht. Trotz der zentralen Lage kaum Stadtgeräusche, lediglich die Glockenspiele sind auch nachts zu hören. Das Schlafzimmerfenster ist nicht zu öffnen, es gibt nur einen kleinen Lüftungsschlitz. Sowohl da Bett als auch das Schlafsofa sind sehr bequem!
