"The first thing I noticed upon entering the room was that there were holes in the fabric of the couch….ouch…..the rest of the room was ok. It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff & in a good area close to Prahran. The thing that really annoyed me was when I made another booking & made a mistake with the dates…. The hotel refused to give me a refund for a cancelled booking even though I had made another booking for a week later…. This is unacceptable to me…so “hasta la vista baby” to this hotel after this!"

"The bed had a curtain for privacy. It's own light fitting and a charger which was impressive. The television was big. . My door pass to get into my room didn't work. There was no room for my luggage the room was small with no storage space. There was people everywhere. The place smelt like vapes and weed"

"Great location and a very good price but it's all looking very tired these days. Pool seemed to be closed across the 3 days we were here and the day spa is long gone. Staff didn't tell us about the car parking vouchers when we asked about the car park location so we got hit with a $28 fee the first exit of the car park, so ensure you get exit passes."
