Welcome to my home!

Bright and modernly furnished, this beautiful home is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions!

Designed with open living and dining areas, the home acts as a peaceful retreat after a day out in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. There is also a washing machine available. Please note that oil, salt, and pepper aren’t provided in the kitchen.

There are 4 bedrooms available. The bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed, a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed respectively. The beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Caparica itself is lively if not particularly pretty town whose overwhelming popularity with holidaying locals from Lisbon and the surrounding area rests largely on the access she offers to some ten kilometres of sandy beach. The beach, known as Costa da Caparica, is backed by acacia and eucalyptus trees and home to a string of campsites, packed out during the summer months.

The first five kilometers of the beach are the most well-known, and the initial stretch of sand is dominated by bars and cafes. A mini-railway (June-Sept daily, every 20 min) is the best way to explore further.

If you are a fan of solitude simply take the train to the last stop and walk. You may discover the fascinating Arriba area, a fossil cliff that constitutes one of only thirty areas officially under protection in the whole of Portugal.

Lisbon Portela Airport is a 20-mins drive from the apartment.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
