The Tidal Flat is a beautiful home in the midst of the wonderfully preserved nature of Sapelo (which we hope and pray it remains preserved). "This house has plenty of room to spread out. Although it is an older house with a little wear and tear, it was very clean and the location is amazing. The kids were able to ride their bikes to the beach club and wander out to the beach by themselves. The wonderful, renovated kitchen made cooking meals easy!"

"The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Itis at the north end of SSI which is quiet. It is nice to head to downtown during the day, walk the beach, and then head back north for a relaxed evening."
