"I never saw my room. There was nobody to get in touch with, Uber didn't go there and the taxi cab place wouldn't pick up their phone or answer their email.
There was no warning that there would be this type of transportation issues. This left me in a small, almost empty bus station in the middle of the night.
I grabbed the next bus out because that was all I could do.
Don't book a ticket with them. "
