Sie waren sehr kinderfreundlich. Dadurch dass das Haus sehr alt hat es sein eigenen charm aber leider auch ziemlich hellhörig. Für Allergiker eher nicht geeignet da überall Teppich verlegt ist und auch dadurch auch etwas unangenehm richt.

Die Zimmer selbst waren in Ordnung. Im Stadthaus selbst besteht keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu trinken (Kein Automat). Das Frühstück im Münchner Hof war sehr dürftig. Zwei Sorten an Wurst das war's. Das Personal schien mit dem Ablauf beim Frühstück überfordert.

Spätes Einchecken super umständlich trotz telefonischer Ankündigung. Zimmer schlecht belüftet und heiß. Zimmer direkt an der Straße in sofern laut. Frühstück im Haupthaus „Münchner Hof“ war gut.

Laut Homepage hat man hier einen modernen Aufenthalt mit Charme und Charakter zu erwarten. Richtig wäre aber abgenutzt und rustikal. Vielleicht hatte ich Pech mit dem Zimmer, aber die hier veröffentlichen Bilder entsprechen leider nicht der Realität. Für eine Nacht nach einer anstrengenden Wallfahrt kann man sich ganz gut erholen, für mehr ist die Unterkunft aber nicht zu empfehlen. Überdies lies zudem Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, was für empfindliche Leute nicht appetitlich sein dürfte. Von den beschriebenen Leistungen waren auch keine verfügbar. Kein freies WLAN, ein Getränkeautomat, der leer ist und nicht funktioniert und eine Küche, die einen vergleichbaren Reinigungszustand wie in einer Gemeinschaftsunterkunft hat. Das hier oftmals gelobte Frühstück war ebenfalls nicht so toll. Die Auswahl war vollkommen ok aber nur in Form eines kleinen Buffets über einen verlängerten Tresen angerichtet. Da über Pfingsten das Hotel vermutlich ausgebucht war und viele gleichzeitig frühstücken wollten, kam das Personal mit auffüllen nicht hinterher. Zum Beispiel fehlten große Tassen für Tee trotz mehrfachen Hinweis über längere Zeit und auch die freigewordenen Tische wurden nicht sauber gemacht und neu eingedeckt. Das sollte einem so erfahrenen Hotel nicht passieren. Das Personal war aber trotz des Stresses immer nett und höflich.

Leider mal ein negatives Erlebnis

Das Hotel hat einen Standard der knapp dem 3 Sterne Niveau entspricht. Er absolutes Ärgernis war der Check-in. Es ist eine Rezeption ohne Personal und man muss sich über einen Automaten einbuchen. Dieser verweigerte aber seinen Dienst und so standen 6 Parteien hilflos vor dem Gerät. Ein Mitarbeiter des zur Hotelgruppe gehörenden Münchener Hof brachte dann die kodierten Zimmerkarten Stück für Stück, uns dann zudem noch die Karte für ein EZ statt für das gebuchte Comfort DZ. Insgesamt hat der Check-in eine knappe Stunde gedauert. Positiv ist das Frühstück im Münchener Hof zu bewerten und die Freundlichkeit des dortigen Personals.
