We do not charge any added cleaning or admin fees.

Unit B of a 2 unit home. High ceilings throughout, huge closets, dining table, and bar with bar stools. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1 car garage home is fully furnished with everything you would expect in a high end vacation/corporate rental. Stained concrete floors with carpet in the bedrooms, granite in the kitchen and 2 full baths. High ceilings throughout, huge closets, dining table, and bar with bar stools.

Sleeps 4 in two queen size beds, 1 on couch and 2 on an air mattress(available by request) for a total of 7 people max.

Summer Stay

Great location in town however, back yard not ideal for dogs since its only rocks, concrete and mulch and extremely small. The rocks hurt my dogs feet and had to walk them so they'd use the restroom. Dont recommend if you have pets.

What a wonderful place!

My wife and I stayed here with three young boys and it was great. The house was very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints about it. It was located within 5 minutes of the botanical garden and children's discovery center which has a fun splash pad area and a nice park with unique equipment. It's also super convenient to gas stations, grocery stores, and all manner of food and drink. We would definitely stay here again, it was just what we needed.

Perfect for us

So clean and easy. Great parking in the back, off the public road. We will definitely stay there again! We had 6 people and all slept comfortably. We were close to everything we wanted and felt like it was a great neighborhood. Awesome!

Quiet duplex in convenient area.

We stayed 2 nights at this home. There were 5 of us, so one person slept on the floor in the living room. The sofa base comes off the sofa and is narrow, so this arrangement would not work for everyone. Kitchen had what we needed and we appreciated being able to use the grill.

I have family in Amarillo and find it convenient to stay in a rental when in town. We have been staying at this property while visiting for a couple of years now. Everything works and the property is clean. Anything necessary can be had near-by. The property owners/managers have been prompt and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for better

We needed a “home” for a couple months while our house was being built and I can’t think of a better place than Lost Canyon house. Most people are probably not staying this long, but it has accommodated my family perfectly! Stephanie was a breeze to work with and answered my questions within a few minutes email every single time. She has been so helpful! This house is so cozy, had everything we needed, plus a great view! We are actually a little sad to be leaving.

This home was very comfortable. The owners were very responsive, both before our trip and during. We had two situations that needed pretty quick responses and Stephanie responded almost immediately. There is a good area for dogs, which they allow. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect experience!
