"Selected for convenience for a late night flight arrival. Considering late check ins are common, perhaps this could be speeded up a little as everyone is very tired! Staff not the friendliest but this is a high turnover hotel so understandable. Otherwise exactly what was needed for the situation. Price of mineral water a little unreasonable."

"Our main complaint was the food. They serve an "international" menu for dinner, which is great, but the chef seems to be guessing what those dishes are supposed to be. Pizza was completely inedible (zero sauce, a too thick covering of some sort of cheese on a crust made of scone mix), lasagna was clearly frozen then microwaved, and fries that were somehow damp. "Muito bom o hotel de uma forma geral. A cachoeira dentro do terreno do hotel não é muito grande, está mais para uma pequena corredeira, porém tem seu charme. A comida so restaurante está ok, nada de especial no menu. O café da manhã é sensacional, começa a ser servido às 7h30 am e termina 10h am. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e o local é muito bem cuidado.
