Excellet say, great location near to everything , free vallet parking, awsome breakfast, nice warm pool, I recommend this hotel and will stay agian next time in ambato.

El hotel muy bonito y limpio, de igual manera las habitaciones. Me gusto mucho los atentos que fueron a mi llegada, con la ayuda para parquear el auto y cuando lo dejaba con el valet y de igual manera cuando lo recibía.

This was a good hotel. It was clean, and the service was good. We were only disappointed at the Front Desk person who took care of us when we arrived, this lady was not very nice. But everyone else was polite and helpful.
