"Staff were friendly and accommodating and there was good water pressure in the walk in shower. However there wasn't a kettle and the lights in the bathroom didn't work. Next to a night club so was very loud until late. Free parking and staff were very helpful to make a cup of tea which is not a common thing in Italy!"

"For a supposed small hotel of the world this place surely should be providing kettle, tea and coffee without having to be seriously challenged! Very disappointed at the start. Also although on the edge of Monza and opposite the Regis di Monza, it was actually pretty noisy from constant traffic. There were also events at the hotel each evening we were there and that was pretty noisy too. Food was excellent especially the tasting menu and the staff for that were fantastic. Not as good as hoped for cost!"
