"Room was beautiful. But the wifi wasn’t working. The phone in the room didn’t work, so anytime we needed something, we had to go to the front desk, the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and the shower was scalding hot. The knob was broken so you couldn’t turn it down. There were no other director suites available, so we had to deal with it. "

"After my shower, as i went to get in the bed. I noticed stains on my sheets. the stains had an odor which led me to believe that it was bodily fluids. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN"

"Parking was OK. Room clean , How ever around 3:00 am you could start to smell cigarette smoke coming from another room into mine (303) through the fan in bathroom. Advised front desk when I checked out. Inexcusable since hotel has no smoking policy. Wouldn't recommend that place nor would I ever stay there again."

"Poor condition overall. Very worn with damage to carpet, curtains, bathroom. Artwork removed from walls with fixtures left bare. Air condition unit appeared very unclean and smelled musty/ moldy. This property is in need of SERIOUS UPDATING . We could feel particles on the sheets when we got into the bed. We found what appeared to be crumbs perhaps as well as several strands of hair ( not ours) made us wonder if the sheets had actually been laundered to begin with. Disturbing for sure. "

"This hotel was the worst that I've had the mistake of booking. It had holes in the walls, open electrical outlets with no covers. They just tried to cover up dirt and mildew and rot with a paint job. There were no curtains so you had lots of sunlight coming through the blinds. Everything they did they did on the cheap. Even the breakfast was horrible. No fresh fruit or yogurt, they had a fridge with nothing in it. Only one meat to chose from, and the breakfast wasn't worth going to. There were people in the halls at 3:30 in the morning and something or someone running around late at night. Never would I recommend this place to anyone."

"Never ever will go back. Go somewhere else. This was horrible. Went for a mother’s day weekend and the experience was truly awful. "
