I recently stayed for one night at Sadda Pind. Overall, the experience was mixed. I had informed the team in advance and expected a better stay experience.
The dinner buffet definitely has room for improvement. The dal makhni tasted sour, which was disappointing. It felt like the dish may not have been properly checked before being served.
The bed was also not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. I would suggest that the housekeeping team personally check the bedding and mattress comfort to better understand the guest experience.
That said, the staff behaviour was excellent and truly stood out. I would especially like to appreciate the restaurant team members Vineet, Manpreet, and the manager on duty during breakfast for their warm and professional service.
I would also request the management to guide the security staff posted near the juice station to be a little more polite while interacting with guests.
