A great hotel to stay in, if you’re traveling through the area. It was the most interesting hotel that we have stayed in on our across the country drive! This used to be a 1890’s national guard armory and converted into castle theme hotel. Rooms are very huge and comfortable!

It was a very charming place to stay . The room was clean and the bathroom looks newly renovated. We would stay here again. It was extremely quiet - even though the parking lot was full there were no guess around and only one employee. I am sure it was the off season.

Amsterdam Castle was a fantastic stay; while the architecture, decor, and interior design kept its historic charm, the rooms had fully modern amenities. The rooms were cozy, yet spacious and comfortable. As a family business, the staff were all very friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The parking area was easy to use. Although we visited in the winter, we can imagine this area will blossom in the summer months. Be sure to visit Exit Coffee and Crepes nearby for amazing crepes!! We will definitely love to come back!!

The parking was perfect and spacious; there was a clean snow and ice-free path to the entrance. We were disappointed that there was no kitchen or chef available within the grounds, but being in a little Italian section of Amsterdam made up for it. Loved the art and the space available in our Jr. Suite.
