Excellent location and quiet. The staff were friendly and our room was very clean. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next door and is available until noon. Staying at the Diamond made our trip to Amsterdam memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Pictures don't do justice. Place is newly remodeled, all very nice and clean. Inside courtyard is beautiful for dining.. One of best hotels in Venice. Close to all places u want to visit.

Very friendly staff ...great location...we loved our 3 nights. The trams outside are a little noisy and the toilet in the bedroom has a transparent door which was not great for privacy otherwise it was great

Excellent hotel central to most activities/sights/shops in Amsterdam. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go within 10-20 minutes. There's a team stop beside the hotel but beware: there isn't an easy spot to park if taking uber or taxi. They will drop off/pick up about a block away. The room we stayed in (circle city room) had a comfortable amount of space for two people. Don't choose this room if you need quiet - the music from the nearby restaurants/bars can be heard but we weren't bothered by it as we were exhausted and the bed & duvet were fantastic. The bathroom is big and very clean. Towels are plush. The only miss was that there wasn't a place to hang our towels: no hooks nor bars. Staff at the hotel and Heineken Hoek Grand Cafe are friendly and really made our two night stay very pleasant. You get tokens for free drinks at the restaurant. Mini bar is free and stocked daily. They stored our luggage before check in and after check out which was very helpful. Would stay here again.

This was an excellent stay. Cleanest hotel I have stayed at in Europe so far. Located in hands down the best area of Amsterdam for Food, shopping, night life and shelter from mainstream crowds. Staff was courteous and friendly with every encounter and went the extra mile every chance they could.

Beautiful and very functional modern rooms. Accommodations for two leave some privacy challenges if you are anything but romantically involved. But not insurmountable. GREAT location!

The property is in a great area, close to everything. Lots of cafe bars and restaurants, shopping and most attractions walkable. Tram stop almost outside hotel. Staff are very very friendly. Reception (everyone) were extremely friendly and helpful, I would say exceptional. Only negative and small concern, room was on smaller side, no kleenex. The bed however was uber comfortable. Great place to stay.

Beautiful property, located to tons of shops, restaurants, activities, and museums. Public transportation just outside the door. If you get an Uber or taxi they have to drop you in a location that requires a short walk but it wasn't a hassle at all. The staff was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again!

An absolutely wonderful hotel — perfectly located, incredibly comfortable, and truly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we were received with exceptional kindness and outstanding professionalism. The manager who welcomed us went above and beyond to meet all our needs with remarkable efficiency and warmth. The hotel's convenience made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was of the highest quality — absolutely delicious and not to be missed!
