"The room facilities, bedlinen etc were immaculate but the first impression was the really dirty windows - the drawers didn't fit together well and the lidded bin in the room was unuseable (with a silly plastic bag fitting so tight you couldn't put anything in it. Lovely staff - attentive and helpful ..."
