"The entire 9th floor did not have air conditioning during my stay. They did not inform me of this at check-in even though they were aware of the issue. The room was incredibly hot and I had a difficult time sleeping."

"Clean, modern hotel with fabulous staff. Although the hotel is not in central Amsterdam, the tram line is a short walk away. Since you're on the end of the line, there's no confusion about which line to take, and you're always guaranteed a seat at the start of the journey. Tram line takes you right into the centre in about 20 minutes, from where you can explore on foot. First-class staff. Throughout our stay, every single member of staff we dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional - really impressed."

"This hotel is amazing with on-site restaurants and great amenities including indoor pool, spa and fitness center. Restaurant food was amazing. Rooms were comfy and clean. I would give 5 stars but parking was a challenge due to the volume of spots allocated to EV's. Water pressure in shower was not great and water temp appeared controlled, so no really hot power shower! Other than that, this is a great location near the airport with easy access to many of the tourist towns like Haarlem, Volendam, Edam, Zaandam, Alkmaar, Leiden and off course Amsterdam."

"The check in clerk (male) was as bad as one could get. All he said was do it on the monitor myself. Even if there is nothing additional he could do, his attitude was more than cold and border on being rude. The room was average. I have never seen bathroom towels put in the cloth closet shelf because there was NOWHERE to put them in the otherwise roomy bathroom. Coffee pods were never replenished. I guess it is what it is. Breakfast was pretty good on the contrary. Staff in the restaurant are better. Location of the hotel was very good, being close to a shopping area with pharmacy, grocery stores, a pizza restaurant. The check out was very easy. The clerk was good and was not the same guy at check in. Overall. I would not come back to this hotel again for what they charged and what they delivered."
