"Had a wonderful 2 night stay at this modern hotel. Room was on the 15th floor and had a great view across the city. It was clean and there was a wonderful choice of so many foods at breakfast. It was also convenient for transport with a bus and stop only a 5-10 min walk away although the tram was not operational when we stay due to roadworks. Would stay again and highly recommend."

"A lovely hotel in a beautiful area.The room was a big room with everything you could ask for.Bed very comfortable.The staff were very helpful.The only downer was they only change your towels and bed 1 a week unless you pay the bed is fine but wish they would change towels a little more often."

"Hotel is an old building that has been remodeled. Clean but very very minimal. Ok for a quick stay, but I would not vacation here. Location is sketchy. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was authentic and tasty. It was fine but glad we were only there one night. "

"Great location, tram stop few steps away and metro train station 5-8 mins walk. Staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating since we have to leave our luggages for few hours. Good selection for breakfast. The only thing we can fault was the pillows… quite uncomfortable"

"Daily cleaning of the room, not so good. Non-sufficient towels, did not pick up dirty glassware or cups and replace with clean items. Had to go through concierge to have it rectified."
