"We arrived in the evening, left before the sun came up, so hard to rate the environment. Airport shuttles were large, very efficient and regularly scheduled, though pickup time at airport could be affected by traffic and busload. 3 person room worked out well for us. Would stay here again for the same purpose of airport departure."

"Lengthy check in process. The self check in screen didn’t recognise my third party booking through Expedia so a lot of back and forth with the hotel staff trying to manually input things themselves. For something that was meant to be very simple it took ages to get sorted. One of the staff was quite abrupt and not very welcoming. Not the best experience when entering the hotel! On the plus side the room was modern, and the transport links to the centre of Amsterdam was great."

"The best part of this hotel was the staff, they were amazing!! At all hours of the day or night they were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our reservation, it did not appear in their system, but they made it work. We also took advantage of the laundry service, they were able to wash some of our clothes, it was not as expensive as other hotels. Though it is not in the city center, there is a tram station nearby and the tram took us right where we needed to go. Also, there is a 24-hour McDonalds next door which we appreciated. We had the breakfast option at the hotel, their hall is nicely decorated and comfy, a great variety, the best one out of all the hotels we had in this tip. A great stay all in all"

"The reception staff was very helpful. We went to the restaurant at 16:50 and were told to leave by the manager. He was rude and unprofessional, therefore we did not eat there. This hotel is not up to Marriott standards- the room was worn and stained carpet. The towels were like sandpaper. The shuttle was helpful. I would not stay here again. . "

"Staff were friendly Breakfast had a nice assortment Rooms are average decorated but large in size Bed was very firm, was not comfortable Bathroom was not cleaned very well because I could smell urine around the toilet. They have a shuttle from airport for free but you pay 6 to come back with is still cheaper than a taxi or uber I would not come back"

"The staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient. While the bed was comfortable, I would describe the furnishings The bar only served wine, beer and soda. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The hotel did not have an ice machine. We did not get clean coffee cups after our first day of a three day stay. Our room was not serviced on the third day. There was no way to control the temperature. This is not an old hotel so these lacking amenities were disappointing."
