"great bed and nice room"

"By far my most favourite place to stay, everyone was so helpful, happy and kind. Special thank you to the two longest workers there (i think). I've been coming here nearly everytime I visit this is one of the warmest and relaxing hotels you could ask for. Many thanks"

"Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms very nice. The hotel is close to the Metro which is great for getting into the centre of Amsterdam also from Schiphol Airport. Highly recommend it."

"Breakfast was over priced for what is served."

"Transportation provided to and from the airport. Hotel was convenient. Tere were many onsite restaurants to groom which to choose. Room was clean and comfortable. Both check in and check out was easy."

"Absolutely terrible. The reception staff are literally ret*rded. They charge for the 'discount already applied'. Just lost almost 20 euros of key cash because they insisted that was to be paid at reception. They also refused to give me an invoice. "

"The staff especially Natalie were excellent. The building is beautiful , clean and is a standing monument to the original owners who were forced to leave their home. Breakfast is excellent and the location is perfect for visiting the museums. Very good restaurants are within walking distance."
