The staff here are great and the location is very convenient if you’re visiting Knott’s Berry Farm. I felt safe and the area was decent. That said, the hotel is definitely dated and "well-loved." Our room had some functional issues—the AC was weak, the bathroom door was in rough shape, and the beds were doubles rather than the Queens we expected. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot and aren't too picky about the room condition, it does the job

The property was clean, but it had a lot of droppings from animals around the wall. Air conditioning works, the room had clean. Sheets and towels, but the walls were dirty marks and dripsevery where. Bathroom door looked like it was broken and patched up. The view was ugly because Windows were dirty, not so much.The inside , but on the outside layer of dirt , even if you could look outside , you just saw busted up , sinks , broken doors in wood piles.

Room was clean, beds soft (but we slept well). Quiet location and the check in and out was quick and easy. Furniture is well worn and towels need replaced. Would stay there again if we needed a value hotel but would bring our own towels.

Room was clean, and in ok shape. The check in process was ok, too. Make sure to bring cash for the deposit to avoid using the atm on site and paying a fee. Couple options to eat around the area, Chuze fitness

Amazing, Refreshed Stay in Villa Inn

The room was cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi works great. Thanks to the microwave and a refrige in the room, as well.
