Everything was great about the hotel & KeKe who checked us in was fantastic! The rooms did smell a little, but everything was clean. The area around the hotel was an abandoned shopping center, but there was good shopping within a short drive.

Wonderful stay. I was impressed with the entry security. Room was comfortably roomy and the temperature was just right for the time of year. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Only issue was a very noisy toddler in the room above us. We blamed it on bad luck not the hotel.

I love to stay in quiet lowkey places whenever I’m traveling and looking for hotels. This hotel was everything I could ask for—for traveling to Alaska for the first time in my life. Very quiet area which is nice.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very large and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Very clean and well maintained facility. The only drawbacks were: guest laundry required cash/coins, minimal common areas for congregation, no exercise room or breakfast.

I enjoyed my short stay here. The stuff was nice and professional and the room was very large and comfy. It had a full working kitchen and an area to work in. The halls felt very dorm like but it didn't make any different as it was ultimately a quaint and cozy place to stay. I especially enjoyed the note from room service with a personalized connection to their name.
