Enjoy the comforts of a private suite in an occupied home with separate entrance and side yard. House is located in South Anchorage with views of the Chugach Mountains and Turnagain Arm. A 15-minute drive from the airport and immediate access to the Seward Highway to take you south to Girdwood or north to Denali, wherever your travel adventures take you. One bedroom with ¾ bath and a half kitchen with an induction countertop electric burner. Fresh Alaskan coffee in K-cup or beans to grind to suit your taste. Kitchen area has all the amenities if you'd like to make a home-cooked meal. This suite is also the perfect set-up if you're just needing an overnight stay. We stayed for a couple nights while we skied in Alteska, lots of great restaurants and good recommendations. Roughly 1/2 hour to Alyeska stop if you're skiing this is a good place to stay.

We stayed here a total of 5 nights on a split stay and it’s just a very comfortable suite with a super nice hostess! Everything about Alison’s place was amazing! The icing on the cake was our last evening there I was sitting on the deck and there was a huge bull moose across the street and he was magnificent! Such a great place to stay and not far from whatever you need in Anchorage. Alison was a great host and made sure everything in the house was top notch! The bed was one of the most comfortable night’s sleep we have ever had way from home! The recliners are nice and relaxing as well! For a couple’s stay, I highly recommended it.

This is a perfect place to stay no matter if it’s one night or a couple weeks. Easy to get to and has all the extras you could want. The owner is so friendly and accommodating. We try to stay here whenever we fly into Anchorage.
