"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue excelente de principio a fin. La ubicación es maravillosa, muy accesible y conveniente para disfrutar Medellín, pero lo que realmente hizo especial mi estadía fue la atención y la calidad humana de su personal. Desde mi llegada me sentí muy bien recibida. El check-in y el check-out fueron rápidos y sencillos, todo estuvo siempre muy limpio y cuidado, y cada persona con la que tuve contacto fue amable, atenta y dispuesta a ayudar. Es un hotel sencillo, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para sentirse cómoda, pero son esos pequeños detalles y, sobre todo, el trato de su gente lo que hace la diferencia. Me voy de Medellín con una experiencia hermosa y este hotel definitivamente fue parte de ella.
