Great three star hotel that is spotlessly clean. The chandeliers clearly are dusted regularly and any cracks in bathroom tile are sealed over. The hotel is well located and parking is very much appreciated. Breakfast was the same each day but plentiful with good variety. We’d stay here over a 5 star any day.

The hotel location is ideal for walking and exploring Andorra town. Car parking is at the rear of the hotel and reasonably priced and required as there is restricted parking everywhere. Our rooms were good value and the hotel staff helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time there.

When we arrived, the GPS took us to a steep back street and we were lost. We parked up in a spot that was clearly not for us and found the hotel on foot. Carlos checked us in and was so incredibly friendly and helpful, walking with us outside the hotel and showing us where we should park. His English was outstanding. The location of the hotel was perfect and easy to find the sites we wanted to see. Andorra la Velle is a beautiful and clean town. No graffiti and no dog poop anywhere though there were plenty of people walking them. The restaurants we ate at were excellent, but our favorites were the Mexican Barbequed Ribs (not sure why they are called Mexican) one night and Roasted Spring Lamb our final night. Finally, the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced with a decent selection of food items.

Great hotel, great location, very nice staff. I was in a single room with a very small window. The only drawback is that I could hear the other rooms and their water usage. Fortunately, both noise sources didn't last long.
