Rude staff, ok hotel

I found the staff really rude. When I arrived I desperately needed to use the restroom but the guy at the counter wouldn’t tell me where it was until i snapped and said I would find it myself. The gentleman at the restaurant looked miserable and the cleaner knocked on around 09:30am knowing I was leaving that day to ask me when I would leave so she could clean the room! The room was dated but fine. The shower had one of those horrible curtains that sticks to you when it’s wet. I went up stairs to the wellbeing area and that looked lovely

Dois je renoncé a réserver sur hôtel.com ?

Je constate une fois de plus que lorsque je réserve par hôtel.com ,on me place dans la plus mauvaise chambre de tout l'hôtel. Ces pratiques sont systématique. Notre chambre au premier étage sur la terrasse ou se trouve tout les compresseur des clim et du système du froid des frigos de l' hôtel. Nous ne devrions pas être sous classé parcqu'on réserve par la plateforme hôtel.com. C'est inadmissible.

Nice hotel

A comfortable hotel in the middle of Andorra la Vella, right by the Paris Bridge. There's not much to do or see in Andorra unless you like shopping or skiing.

Séjour Horrible pour un hôtel 4etoiles. Pas d eau chaude, pas de prise électrique suffisante, la Tv avait une mauvaise réception, pas de place de parking obligé de se garer à un parking extérieur. Chambre par enfilade bref c est la dernière fois que je vais dans l hôtel. Il ne vaut pas le prix payé !

A good option for Andorra. In house dining is next door at the Novotel, and funnily enough the bar there will only serve Beer and Wine before 8pm, which is a bit strange. The buffet style dinner was ok.

The location was very good. Staff were pleasant. Unfortunately the air-conditioning in the room was poor. It was noisey and didn't cool the room sufficiently. I requested assistance from the staff at the reception, but to no avail. The bathroom was clean, but very small. My wife and I, were looking forward to our stay in the Mecure Andora. But our hotel experience spoiled our two day trip.

Helt ok hotell

Et helt greit hotell, men det trenger en oppgradering! Rommene er romslige, med unntak av badet. På badet er det dusjforheng (!) noe som ikke er vanlig lengre. Wifi er svært svak, med unntak av på badet, noe som er litt upraktisk. Det er en (1) stikk-kontakt på hele rommet, noe som er veldig upraktisk. Vi fikk låne en ekstra i resepsjonen, mot et depositum. Bra frokostbuffet med godt utvalg. Ikke så veldig imøtekommende personale, med unntak av rengjøringspersonalet som var veldig hyggelig.
