L’obligation d’avoir l’application est un peu désagréable mais elle fonctionne a merveille. J’ai été un peu fâché d’attendre à 14h alors que ma chambre était vacante à mon arrivée à 11h . "2 of my towels were stained and 1 was very worn you could almost see through it. I threw the stained ones on the bathroom floor immediately and then upon my return after lunch they had been refolded for use again… yuck! Shower drain was extremely slow and being a ground level shower the water overflowed out on to the tile. They stated they sent maintenance up to fix it while I was away but the same thing happened again. I left a day early and went to another hotel. The location is great, but...

"You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season...
