When the main amenities you advertise aren’t available or reliable, it feels misleading. Would have chosen a different hotel if we knew."

"The place should demolished and rebuilt! Guessing there are health and safety violations. Some switch’s in the room didn’t work. Heat/AC unit made terrible noise. Bathroom door was delaminated and wouldn’t close. Carpets where beyond point where they could be cleaned, both in room and in hallways. Window curtains were falling down. Bed blankets were so thin, they provided no warmth. No extra blankets were available. Staff was nice enough, but they don’t have much to work with. "
