Located in a quiet area, homewood suites rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet and the staff is nice. The suites are minimally equipped, and the paint in the bathroom, though clean, is gradually showing signs of wear. The breakfast could have been a bit better (e.g. no cream for the coffee), but otherwise a nice experience.

Check un was fast and easy. The room was very nice and clean. I wish there was an overhang by the door as we arrived when it was raining and there was no cover to unload our things under so evrything got wet.

The hotel management could use a little more focus on customer service, seem less like they have the same from as our local business lack of workers and people who are working are not the best. Hotel was clean and property was nice. But forget about any service or request for towels

Mold

The pillows were so uncomfortable but what was more concerned was the mold in the bathroom. It wasn’t a little spot. It was a huge mold area.
